This set features a bridge pickup with black steel poles and a ceramic magnet, delivering a powerful, aggressive tone akin to the EMG 81, and a neck pickup with ceramic studs for a clean, high-end percussive sound. Both pickups are equipped with custom Retro Active preamps, offering the benefits of active electronics with the dynamic response of passive pickups.
